Welcome to Wild Lemonade (the "Service"), operated by Rubianas LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Rubianas LTD. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

Wild Lemonade is a web-based platform that enables users to create, customise, and host interactive group games, primarily designed for events such as hen parties. The Service allows users to:

• Create and customise game content (including questions, rounds, and themes)
• Configure gameplay through a "studio" interface
• Host live games for participants via shared links or QR codes
• Control gameplay in real-time (including timers, scoring, and progression)
• Enable players to interact via their own devices (e.g. voting or answering questions)

We may offer free and paid versions of the Service with varying features and limitations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are used fraudulently, or remain inactive for extended periods.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload ("User Content"), including questions, game configurations, and any text, images, or media. You confirm that you have the rights to use your content, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and that you have consent from any identifiable individuals included.

Licence to Us

You grant Rubianas LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content as required to operate the Service. This licence exists only to provide the Service and ends when content is deleted (except for limited backup retention).

Our Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Service — including design, code, branding, and gameplay systems — remain the property of Rubianas LTD. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or defamatory content
• Upload sexually explicit or offensive material
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or exploit others
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Use bots or automated scraping tools
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts where necessary.

Game Hosting

Game functionality depends on internet connectivity, device compatibility, and system performance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring participants have appropriate access (devices, internet), managing your game content and settings, and backing up important content.

Platform Limitations

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

If paid features are offered, pricing will be displayed on the website. Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). Subscriptions, if applicable, renew automatically unless cancelled — you can cancel at any time via your account.

Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

The Service may include or integrate with third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, external websites, or third-party terms or policies.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

You are responsible for ensuring any personal data you include in your content is used lawfully.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us with the following information:

We will investigate and take appropriate action where necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rubianas LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, revenue, or profits, or service interruptions or technical issues.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rubianas LTD from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

By You

You may stop using the Service at any time.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.

Effect of Termination

Access to the Service ends immediately, content may be deleted, and any outstanding payments remain due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms periodically. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
